This honey was harvested from hives located in the gentle countryside surrounding Moulton, Vale of Glamorgan, a region known for its rolling fields, hedgerows, and coastal wildflower meadows. Thanks to the varied flora and mild maritime climate, this area produces honey with a complex yet well-balanced flavour profile that is unique to the local environment.
